THE ROLE:

Our client is looking for a Senior Client Services IT Technician to play a key role in supporting and maintaining IT environments across a diverse client base. In this position, you will combine advanced technical troubleshooting skills with a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring reliable and efficient technology operations while resolving complex technical challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for end-user support through in-person, phone, and remote channels
  • Providing troubleshooting and resolution for hardware, software, and network-related issues
