Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagement programs such as Product Advisory Councils, User Groups, and Client Advisory Boards.
- Define and continually improve these programs to optimize their effectiveness.
- Build relationships with customer contacts, ranging from C-Level to developer level, to encourage program participation and ensure programs align with customer needs.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop content and agendas that drive value.
- Track and communicate metrics of success and insights for improvement.
