The Packaging vertical within NielsenIQ is looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused professional with a passion for data, insights, and customer engagement to join our growing team as a Client Engagement Manager, reporting into the Global Packaging Leader. This role will support strategic global clients by helping them maximize the value of NielsenIQ's data, platforms, and solutions while delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client engagement point person for strategic clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Support clients in answering key business questions and making recommendations through the use of NielsenIQ data, platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools covering RMS, NPI, Omni and AI enabled enhancements.
