McDonald's Global Technology is recruiting a Business Technical Analyst in Mexico City to support our identity lifecycle and access management initiatives as part of the global Office in Mexico.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for IAM features.Partner with technology leadership to define project scope and identify requirement‐related risks and dependencies.Facilitate structured discussions with cross‐functional teams to create and validate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
