Key Responsibilities
• Engage with corporate banking stakeholders and SMEs to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
• Analyze Corporate Internet Banking workflows including payments, maker-checker flows, bulk payments, account management, and entitlements.
• Prepare documentation such as BRD, FSD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
