Job Description

• Create, develop, and maintain accurate BIM models for ongoing projects
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model alignment
  
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues efficiently
  
• Generate drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
  
• Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and workflows
  
• Support ongoing model updates, revisions, and quality assurance checks
  
• Contribute to the enhancement of BIM standards and internal processes

• 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architecture, Structure, or MEP)
  
• Proficiency in BIM tools and workflows
