This role will support the implementation and sustainment of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business operations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve processes, and drive operational excellence in support of our mission to deliver innovative defense and commercial technologies.
