Responsibilities

• Perform problem diagnostics and troubleshooting for electronics, RF components, and chillers such as PCBs, power supplies, controllers, or RF generators.
• Repair faulty units and conduct functional testing.
• Participate in CIP programs to improve repair quality, including improving repair success rate, extending part life‑time, and developing robust repair and testing capabilities.
• Execute swing‑shift duties to support the operation of the Global Parts Solution team.
• Engage in global meetings and cross‑training programs to develop and unify skill sets and documentation.
