Roles & Responsibilities
- Conceive and write detailed software implementations while ensuring code and configurations meet security, logging, error‑handling, performance, and other non‑functional standards.
- Write, configure, and integrate code to create software that aligns with requirements, architecture patterns, and technology standards.
- Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL and AS400 CLP.
- Assess the impact of design decisions on performance, schedule, budget, downstream components and services, and recommend alternative solutions when needed.
