Job Description
Overview
Recognizes that a developer’s success lies in understanding core processes of the business unit and its requirements, aligning with architecture patterns and technology strategy. Drives overall software development lifecycle across functional teams, transforming requirements into features, managing development teams and processes, and conducting software testing and maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write detailed software implementations and ensure code/configurations adhere to security, logging, error‑handling, performance standards and non‑functional requirements.
- Write, configure and integrate code to align with requirements, architecture patterns and technology standards.
- Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using COBOL and AS400 CLP.
