Business Expertise –

  • Coaches a team of 10-15 associates and motivates them to achieve team goals and departmental KPI’s
  • Validating and ensuring the delivery and adherence to training and competency requirements

    • Functional Knowledge –

  • Analyse technical process documents (calculation notes, specifications, etc) and ensure these are up to date.
  • Diagnosing and assessing areas of risk and opportunity to identify and remediate service issues ensuring to

    • maintain the service quality and overall client experience.

  • Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas by working closely with inter departmental resources.
