Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our team in Los Angles, California on a Contract basis. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting close activities, and ensuring day-to-day accounting operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate brings strong general ledger expertise, sound reconciliation skills, and the ability to work effectively across payroll, revenue, and accounts processes.
Responsibilities:
• Create and record journal entries to maintain complete and accurate general ledger activity.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and other balance sheet accounts on a recurring basis.
• Contribute to month-end close by preparing supporting schedules, reviewing activity, and resolving variances.
• Track and post accruals, deferred revenue, and other adjusting entries in alignment with accounting requirements.
