Description A growing organization in the Belleville area is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team in a newly created role. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning the month-end process, working across multiple properties, and contributing in a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage the monthly close process for multiple properties
ā¢ Prepare financial statements and related supporting schedules
ā¢ Perform CAM reconciliations
ā¢ Handle real estate tax activities and reporting
ā¢ Create ad hoc financial reports and analyses as needed
ā¢ Partner with the outside CPA firm on tax-related matters
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ā¢ 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
ā¢ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
ā¢ Prior property accounting experience is a plus
