Job Description

Mission:

Following the strategy of Antolin China, manage & develop the existing and new customer, achieve the sales target under the business plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Window person to customers representing the company to create and maintain good customer relationship.
  • To get new RFQs from customers and take responsibility to get new business by properly managing the bidding process.
  • Proactively communicate both internally and externally。
  • Existing business maintenance and achieve the sales target.
  • Business Development for the new customer and new strategy product, increase market shares.
  • Involve the strategy plan, business plan and budget plan for related customer.
  • Limit LTA Negotiations according to targets.
  • Avoid overdue receivables from customers.
