Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle customer or client concerns related to SQL / technical support
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
- Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when needed
- Maintain quality customer service and meet process targets
Qualification:
- High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate
- Minimum 1 year overall work experience
- Must have at least 1 year SQL experience
- Candidates with IT-related educational background or technical support experience will be preferred
- Good communication skills required
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Must be amenable to shifting / rotational schedule
