Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong production support experience


• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and event management systems


• Exposure to Redis (1–3 years)


• Experience in large-scale environments, ticket-driven support models, and enterprise DBA operations


• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
