Position Summary
The position of SQL Cognos Developer is for an IT professional that has 5+ years’ experience in a mid-career-level position supporting the design, development and implementation of SQL-based solutions in a Cognos and Oracle environment. This position requires proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripting. The individual in this position will perform some complex analysis, design, programming, and modifying programs for customer applications. The SQL Developer will be responsible for finalizing forms, procedures and other documentation needed for the maintenance and configuration of application programs like Cognos as well as providing production support of applications and ad hoc reporting needs.
