SQE Engineer - Malaysia(A105618)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead on-site containment and resolution of quality issues for KD vehicle parts at Malaysia plants; coordinate with Malaysia plants and manage the IQC team’s on-site operations.
2. Serve as the key interface for quality issues related to KD models in Malaysia plants; drive supplier root‑cause improvement through the Chinese‑HQ SQE team.
3. Support pre‑selection and nomination of localized suppliers in Malaysia.
4. Lead APQP for localized Malaysia suppliers’ parts, including PV validation and PPAP approval.
5. Improve mass‑production quality management for Malaysia suppliers, ensuring part consistency and process stability.
6. Drive corrective actions for aftersales/warranty quality issues with localized suppliers in Malaysia.
