Job Description

The ing team is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes that enable stable, efficient, and high-quality production. By combining process expertise, equipment capability, and material knowledge, we ensure that each product meets performance requirements while supporting operational excellence.


About the role - you will:

  • Monitor and improve daily sputter process yield, quality, and defect performance.

  • Partner with Failure Analysis (FA) teams to identify defect sources and implement effective corrective actions.

  • Evaluate different sputtering target materials and assess their impact on defectivity, machine performance, and magnetic characteristics.

  • Collaborate with Equipment and Maintenance teams to drive projects that improve quality, productivity, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
