Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 13 years experience as a Spray Painter in a manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment Ability to work shift hours when required Willingness to assist during plant shutdowns and after-hours installations Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials and equipment Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately Strong understanding of safety procedures and project requirements Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and priming to ensure proper coating adhesion Apply paints, primers and protective coatings using spray, brush and roller techniques Ensure all coating work is completed according to specifications and quality standards Inspect completed work and identify any defects or areas requiring touch-ups Maintain paint equipment, tools and materials in good working condition Manage paint supplies and report shortages when necessary Keep acc...
