Sponsors Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of brand activations for a large-scale motor‑racing event in Madrid. This role ensures end‑to‑end management of the workstream including deliverables management, seamless onsite production from setup through breakdown, while maintaining high production standards, brand alignment, safety compliance, and client satisfaction.

This role is a freelance position.

Responsibilities

• Own the workstream for sponsor activations.
• Build and maintain detailed production timelines, decision‑making trackers, budget trackers, and other required documentation to ensure transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
• Report workstream status, risks, and milestones to key stakeholders through periodic project updates.
