The successful candidate

will be part of a collaborative team of SLPs and work alongside teachers, EAs and administration at multiple schools as part of the SBRT. Days of work to be determined. NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONSA Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.Registered membership with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).Knowledge and successful experience in working with children designated in a low incidence category.Successful experience in working with special needs students and their families. Ability to provide a wide variety of speech/language services to students with many different needs. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSMembership with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and Speech and Hearing BC (SHBC) Experience in assisting with the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Experience with AAC, including communication apps such as Touch Chat and LAMP WFL.
