Job Description
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
+ Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
+ Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
+ Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
+ 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required
+ CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year required
+ LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business LinesUpon Hire required
+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
+ CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
