Job Description
As a Specialized IT Consultant, you will provide critical Tier 2 subject matter expertise to support complex financial and materials management systems. You will be responsible for triaging and resolving service requests, incidents, and problem tickets while maintaining high levels of responsiveness. Acting as a key liaison between users and technical teams—including Database and Network Administrators- you will identify application defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure all activities align with established service management processes.
Pay Rate: $484.74 - $521.51 per Diem.
