:The Specialist Vendor Maintenance will interact with both suppliers and internal business partners by responding to procurement related questions and providing guidance on the procurement process. Activities include support of supplier onboarding into SAP Ariba, addressing inquiries into payment status, and handling escalations. This is a procurement generalist role focused on the Quebec market. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French is a requirement.
What you will do:
Address procurement-related inquiries and support escalations from both suppliers and internal business partners
Provide guidance on procurement process
Initiate, gather, collect and track vendor response in vendor onboarding and/or enablement process in SAP Ariba SLP and SAP Ariba Network; follow up as needed
