Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. System Migration & Revamp Support
- UAT & Testing: Support the technical testing of new microservices and the upcoming SaaS package. You will verify that the new system handles 'FairPrice-specific' logic (like store delivery windows and loading bay constraints).
- Data Mapping: Assist in extracting data from our 'old system' and cleaning it for migration into the new cloud database.
- Documentation: Work with the team to create new SOPs and technical manuals as we transition from an in-house developer model to a vendor-managed model.
2. Technical Operations & SQL
- Query Development: Use SQL to pull operational reports, troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, and audit data integrity between the TMS and other supply chain systems.
