Job Description
Surgical Conversion and Sales Counseling
- Prepare accurate and timely surgical quotations based on the doctor’s orders and recommendations.
- Discuss and explain surgical quotations to patients by presenting fee structure and available options (e.g., types of lenses, surgical procedures, and packages).
- Educate patients on promotions, financing options, insurance coverage, and payment plans.
- Apply consultative and ethical sales techniques to address patient hesitations and encourage informed decisions to proceed with surgery.
- Conduct systematic follow-ups on released or pending quotations to convert into confirmed surgical bookings through consistent engagement.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual surgical sales targets and conversion rates.
