Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate client communications and ensure timely, consistent publication across all communication channels
  • Manage RFP, DDQ, and client request processes while ensuring high-quality and timely responses
  • Maintain CRM data quality and support reporting, pipeline management, and sales governance activities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Product teams across the sales lifecycle
  • Support strategic projects, client initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Experience in sales support, client service, or a comparable client-facing coordination role
