The role involves providing remote monitoring through online connections: you will monitor and control building automation systems in customer properties, ensuring indoor air quality and energy consumption, reporting on the service, and participating as part of an expert team. You will be part of the customer service center team and maintain continuous contact with property maintenance staff and clients. Customer properties are mainly in Finland's largest cities. Process management is carried out both remotely and on‑site visits, so the role requires readiness to travel. Additionally, your duties include establishing remote connections, participating in solving various IT challenges, and possibly visiting sites.
