• Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.
• Update team members attendance and temperature log sheet.
• Observe department’s standard operating procedures.
• Observe all measures in place.
• Work towards the company mission and vision, to meet customer satisfaction and exceed expectations for return patronage.
• Ensure that excellent service is provided to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain the highest standard of service to deliver customer satisfaction and the best possible experience.
