About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Lead, Maintenance Excellence, the Senior Specialist, Maintenance is responsible for supporting and advancing maintenance excellence across EVR's mining operations. Acting as a central resource, this role works closely with site teams, vendors, OEMs, and contractors to improve maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and operational effectiveness.
The position focuses on enhancing work management, planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution processes while supporting technical issue resolution, vendor engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple operations.
Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, supporting equipment and product performance investigations, coordinating issue resolution with vendors and site teams, and contributing to maintenance projects and operational initiatives.
