Job Description
Purpose of the Position
The Specialist IS Service Management Platform (ServiceNow Developer) will be a core member of the Service Management team who will work with our business partners to deliver business values in the area of workflow optimization and automation using the ServiceNow platform and its many modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, etc.) through projects and sustainment activities.
Position Accountabilities
- Assist in development, testing, and documentation of customer solutions that fit the requirements gathered during the intake process
- Enable integrations between other IS systems and ServiceNow and ensure proper monitoring, governance, and documentation is in place for all such integrations
- Maintain implementer certification for one key ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, etc.) along with Developer or Admin certification
