In this role you support the IoT Billing Operations Lead to improve billing operations and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. You act across internal and third-party teams to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and governance, while feeding operational needs into product roadmaps. You contribute to a growing, mission-driven IoT organization that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll help shape how Vodafone IoT bills and governs new products and services, with a focus on reducing revenue leakage and bad debt.
