Become a Specialist in Learning and Development Processes with PowerCo in St. Thomas, Ontario. Drive impactful learning initiatives and optimize training programs for diverse teams.
This opportunity is a full-time role that reports to the Senior Manager of Learning, Culture & Diversity. You will manage multiple L&D projects, create data-driven strategies, and align training with business objectives to help build an engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate various L&D projects with efficiency
