**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in managing test labs operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and vendor management.
+ Experience working with augmented reality or virtual reality hardware.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 3 years of experience integrating complex systems (audio, video, compute, optics, etc.).
+ 3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, and with failure analysis.
+ Organized, strategically focused, detail oriented, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment.
