We are looking for a Senior Analyst, HRIS Systems and Automation to join our Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director, HRIS, the role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys translating business needs into scalable systems, workflows, and tools that deliver measurable value.
Role Details
- Work Location: Toronto or Brampton office (candidate’s preference considered).
- Hybrid Environment: Minimum three days in office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with remote flexibility on other days.
- Base Salary: $82,800 – $115,000 (location, experience, and internal equity may influence starting pay).
