Full-time Management & Operations

This role reports to the Regional HR Director and the local CEO and will manage Malaysia & Singapore’s HR and administrative matters. The selected candidate will also be working closely with the regional teams and have the opportunity to lead and work on regional HR projects.

Job Scope

• Key PIC for operations at Malaysia and Singapore locations
• Support multiple departments across the business
• Report to the Regional Lead and support regional projects
• Drive HR initiatives across 2 markets in South East Asia
• Travel frequently, with regular trips to Singapore
• Gain exposure and grow in a fast‑paced internet company

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR operational functions including benefits, onboarding/offboarding, talent management and employee relations
• Handle administrative matters including Purchasing, Insurance, Office and Equipment Maintenance and General Affairs
