Job Description
As a member of our customer service team, you will be supporting our Ukrainian customers (mainly dealers, end-users, installers/construction companies, architects). You will assist them in order management, responding to their questions, solving customer claims, and providing the best service through different contact channels.
Your responsibilities:
Deliver professional customer service and support across multiple channels, including phone, e-mail, ticketing systems, chat, and in-person interactions in our showroom
Process customer orders and prepare commercial quotations efficiently in SAP and related systems
Advise customers on products, services, and logistics-related matters, providing timely and solution-oriented support
Manage end-customer leads from initial inquiry to follow-up, ensuring professional guidance and effective conversion opportunities
