Assists Category Manager in:
Collect weekly price quotations from produce suppliers, compile data, and propose items allocations based on cost- supplier service levels
Collecting retail audit from competition
Generate daily/weekly availability performance, shrinkage, and sales reports to help drive category insights.
Set up, launch, and activate promotional campaigns directly within the internal promo tool.
Visit the central market and get update on new seasonal items available in market and decide on item selection
Visit to tMart stores to monitor freshness and quality
Work closely with the demand planners and the suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fresh food products.
Working on admin related duties like updating price changes, rank change content update on the app etc
Following up with suppliers on listings, pricing, product...
