Job Description
The Backup Storage Engineer provides system integration support, including the design, development, implementation, and support of backup, storage, mainframe, and virtual tape drive solutions for customer and partner environments.
This role requires broad technical expertise to deliver customer engagement solutions and customised integrations with customer platform solutions.
Solution Design
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design Cloud Collaboration solutions that meet
business objectives and technical requirements
Implementation
Lead the implementation of Cloud Collaboration solutions, including Compute, software, Storage configuration, customisation installation, and integration with existing customer systems
Technical Guidance
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and team members on best practices for implementing and optimising Cloud Collaboration solutions
