The Special Programs Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the center's Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), financial assistance programs, enrollment initiatives, fundraising activities, and billing operations. This position plays a key role in supporting the center's growth and ensuring that families receive exceptional service and support throughout the enrollment and attendance process.

The Special Programs Coordinator will also supervise the Front Desk Receptionist and help create a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression for all families and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, marketing, computer, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
