Special Process Engineer (Pressing & Screwdriving)
Position type: Full‑time. Currently the San Luis Potosí Plant operates several products under two Business Divisions: Powertrain Solutions (PS) and Vehicle Motion (VM). While the product mix and complexity increases, we ensure our products are delivered in the best quality, required quantity, and at a low cost.
Responsibilities Provide technical support to assigned processes to ensure compliance with established standards and support production requirements. Analyze and resolve process issues to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Define, adjust, and document process parameters and controls to meet quality targets, improve process capability, and reduce defects. Collaborate in the development, validation, and launch of new processes and equipment to implement robust solutions for efficient new product industrialization.
