This is a flexible role for an Abu Dhabi based non-profit Foundation. The Foundation is open to considering full-time or part-time arrangements depending on the candidate's profile and the needs of the role.

Role Description

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized support plans to address the unique needs of each family accessing the service.
• Facilitate family support groups to enhance understanding and acceptance.
• Offer guidance and support to Families of Determination.
• Design, develop and deliver engagement programs, workshops and support groups for families.
• Develop facilitator guides, toolkits, and adaptive learning materials for inclusive delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead impact reporting, translating outcomes into insights for continuous program improvement.
