About the role

As part of the SPD Launch Excellence Team, this Associate Director level role supports key elements of the enterprise Launch Excellence and Brand Planning processes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the SPD Launch Excellence Head and other enterprise Launch Excellence leaders, this individual ensures a consistent approach to Launch Excellence that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of internal stakeholders and the evolving external marketplace.
• Works with cross‑functional partners across the enterprise to harmonize and update the launch excellence frameworks, processes, templates and workshops to ensure they are constantly evolving to reflect stakeholder and market needs.
