Our client, an established supplier of industrial machinery and technical solutions, is seeking an experienced Spare Parts Sales Department Manager to lead its spare parts and aftersales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for departmental performance, sales growth, inventory management, customer service, financial control and the development of a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Spare Parts Sales Department. Manage, mentor and develop spare parts sales coordinators, administrative staff and logistics personnel. Establish departmental objectives, performance standards and key performance indicators.
