Job Description
Spare Board - Production Packer
The primary role of the Production Packer is to provide critical support in reducing production downtime, assisting Production Supervisor or Line Lead Hand in planning and supporting the production staff in a manner that creates engagement and productivity within the team. This is a spare board position and does not guarantee a set number of hours per week. Work hours will be scheduled based solely on operational and production requirements.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Supports the Puratos safety and quality system by implementing and following procedures, enforcing GMP requirements, and participating in training.
- As necessary, performs tasks in order to meet daily targets and fills in for breaks, as well as scheduled and unscheduled absences.
