Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for engaging and coordinating the team in all day-to-day service activities. The role ensures the team is properly resourced, trained, and skilled to meet deliverables on time and with accurate standards, while adhering to internal processes and managing staffing issues proactively.
Main Responsibilities
- Support associates and specialists to work independently from end to end, monitoring, organizing, and resolving blocking issues.
- Manage and monitor ticket queues using BI tools, ensuring tickets are categorized correctly, meet defined timelines, and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate training on ticket management as needed.
- Monitor and track client SLAs using BI tools, root‑cause analyze SLA breaches and implement action plans.
