Overview
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for engaging and coordinating the team in day‑to‑day service activities. The role ensures the team is properly resourced, trained, and skilled to meet deliverables accurately and on time, adheres to internal standard processes, and manages staffing issues proactively. This Service Manager displays decision‑making skills that support company and service policies while maintaining a professional environment for all team members.
Main Responsibilities
- Supports associates and specialists enabling them to work independently from end to end by monitoring, organizing, and coordinating resolution of any blocking issues.
- Effectively manages and monitors ticket queues using appropriate BI tools to ensure tickets are handled per defined timelines, correct categorization, and quality standards.
- Coordinates training on ticket management as needed.
