Hiring: Spanish Bilingual Insurance Virtual Assistant (VA)

Rate: PHP 300/hour

We are looking for a Spanish bilingual Insurance Virtual Assistant with experience in the insurance industry, particularly in auto, home, and fire insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with underwriting, policy renewals, endorsements, and claims
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Respond to client inquiries and provide insurance support
• Work with the insurance team to ensure smooth policy management
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in non-life insurance or as an Insurance VA
• Knowledge of underwriting, policy administration, and claims
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
