Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent professional spa massage in accordance with spa standards
- Ensure high level of service standards
- Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa
- Responsible for preparing the necessary treatment products
- Replenishment of stock, towel supplies etc.
- Handle customer care queries and concerns efficiently and politely
- Follow and comply with the instructions given by spa manager
